I needed to buy a Cheap Bar Stool but I had three visa gift cards I wanted to use toward it. Couldn't figure out how to do it myself so the customer service rep walked me through the whole thing and put them in manually for me! SO nice and highly recommend their service.

I ordered Cheap Bar Stool. Easy to assemble and took only a few minutes. I am not good at this so I was pleased. Love the white. It does not look cheap. Have had compliments on how attractive Cheap Bar Stool. It took about a week to deliver. The Cheap Bar Stool came. I was worried but I will order again from them. Nice not to have to pay duty as I am Canadian.

I have Wayfair as my first stop for furnishings for the home. The reviews are helpful, the quality tends to be high overall, and the customer service is very good. I hold their feet to the fire when I am unhappy, and they respond. I think our on-line businesses are as good as we demand they be, and I think Wayfair does a great job.

Great company and wonderful, products quality products. Fast service and customer service is very helpful. I had one item arrive missing a part. I was told that they could send me a new product or send me the part. I had the missing part within a week. No questions asked. Everything else I ordered came packaged great with no defects and when the large item arrived, the delivery men put it just where I needed it. I would highly recommend this company.

Not sure of the low score on this company my 1st interaction with them was superb from the website where I shopped to the pricing and the delivery was so fast I couldn't believe it packaged securely and exactly what I expect from the website pictures I'll reccomend them with no problem plan to shop with them as needed things do occur an I had no issues with my 1st purchase if it changes down the way I'll update the rating

Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.

Well I had not bought one thing online in my life and heard about Wayfair. I was moving for the first time in 24 years and decided out with the old and in with the new. I refurnished every room in the house via wayfair over a period of 4-5 months. Oh yes there were some bumps in the road with damages and either waiting for full replacements or repair parts, this is where the bumps came in. The customer service reps were first class in making things right and always told me donate the current item I had rather than me pay for return shipping etc.which was always gratefully received I might add.

We've ordered most of our furnishings for our new home from Wayfair and I've been very pleased with their service, prices and quality. Delivery is either early or on time. Everything we've received has been complete and in good condition, and when mistakes have been made, their customer service in handling them have been excellent. For example, we ordered an electric fireplace and they sent the wrong model. I called them and was given a 10% refund for our trouble and the new/correct Cheap Bar Stool was here within 7 days and we were told to keep or donate the model that we had originally received, which we're actually going to be able to make use of in our basement.

No problems! Wayfair usually comes through on whatever it is that you order through them. I've had a few problems with a couple of furniture pieces, but they replace it w/o any hassle whatsoever. It's just that you have to wait for the piece to be shipped again which is a minor inconvenience sometimes. All-in-all, I'm very happy with my Wayfair experience and would recommend shopping with them to any and all.

I received my package when they said it would arrive. The box itself had a squished corner, not too concerning as the contents were packaged very well. One of the pieces did end up being damaged. I called customer service to get a replacement part. I was on the phone maybe 3 minutes, no hassle and they already have a replacement part on the way, free of charge! The representative who helped me was so kind! I'll definitely think of wayfair if I need anything else for our house!
